I have a 1974 Pfaltzgraff catalog and it shows the Touchmark Harvest collection. There were 6 products created to compliment the Gourmet pattern, which consisted of metal trays with stoneware inserts. There was a pie plate,which had a plain brown (no white drip or wheat design)insert,the the other 5 items has stoneware inserts which featured the wheat design. The inserts you show would have gone in one of 2 different rectangular trays.
