On our annual trek to the Orlando HamCation in February (the Orlando HamFest), we vacationed for two weeks at the Sheraton Vistana Resort.Only minutes from Walt Disney World, this Resort offers spacious one- and two-bedroom villas, 13 tennis courts, seven swimming pools, seven hot tubs, an 18-hole miniature golf course, six recreation centers, two full-service restaurants and a poolside bar and grill, and a general store with Pizza Hut--all on 135 acres laced with fountains and lakes.
Our two-bedroom unit was located in the "Lakes Area", one of many areas in this large complex of several buildings. We also enjoyed their daily shuttle service, which would take guests to any area of the resort any any of the many daily scheduled activities.
A great place to visit--and we look forward to another vacation there in the future.
