TIME SHARING IN ORLANDO

We spent two delightful weeks in the Orlando, Florida area recently at the Vacation Village at Parkway in Kissimmee. We enjoyed a two bedroom condo on the fourth floor of one of about twelve condo buildings in the complex. And they are still constructing more time share units at this location.

The swimming pools were heated and the hot tubs were refreshing. A resort shuttle was available daily to take guests to Disney and other nearby points of interest. The living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony were spacious and in pristene condition. The Master bedroom had a whirlpool tub and a spacious bath and shower.

Our particular unit was what is called a "lockout unit"; meaning, that the second bedroom is a complete separate living area, with mini kitchen, laundry, bath, bedroom, living room, dining area, and balcony. Time share owners of "lockout units" often will utilize the Master bedroom area, typically called "A" unit; and they will rent out the area "B" unit when they don't require more than one bedroom.
All of the two bedroom units at this resort also have a queeen-size pull-out sofa in each living area; which could make for a total of eight sleeping accommodations.

All in all, the Vacation Village at Parkway was a very nice resort; and we would not hesitate to spend some time there again in the future.
